Being politically incorrect can be fatal to anyone’s career – especially when you’re a scientist and your brand of political incorrectness is doubting Darwin.

That’s the subject of Slaughter of the Dissidents, the latest book by renowned creation scientist Jerry Bergman, Ph.D.

Slaughter of the Dissidents picks up where Ben Stein's five-star movie Expelled left off, exposing the anti-Christian persecution that permeates academia and therefore all our institutions.

As one reviewer said, "Dr. Bergman's detailed and wide-ranging assessment of the state of intellectual freedom to question Darwinian evolution, from a scientific or a religious perspective, is a valuable resource for the growing intelligent design controversy. The case studies show clear evidence that many university officials and faculty are deeply afraid of intellectual freedom on this subject, raising the question of just what role Darwinian evolution plays in society today. Is it really a theory in science or a play for power by an outdated elite?" (Amazon.com, Denyse O'Leary)
Dr. Jerry Bergman has taught biology, genetics, chemistry, biochemistry, anthropology, geology, and microbiology at the college level for over 32 years. He has 9 college degrees, and is a graduate of the Medical College of Ohio, Wayne State University in Detroit, The University of Toledo, and Bowling Green State University. He has over 800 publications in 12 languages and 30 books and monographs. He has also taught at the Medical College of Ohio, where he was a research associate in the Department of Experimental Pathology, as well as at the University of Toledo and Bowling Green State University.
Among his publications are a monograph on peer evaluation, a Fastback on the creation-evolution controversy, books on vestigial organs, psychology and religious cults, religious discrimination and mental health. He has also contributed to dozens of textbooks. In addition, he has presented over 100 scientific papers in the U.S., Canada, and Europe and has been a featured speaker on college campuses throughout the U.S. and Europe.
